I wanted to make a biscuit using rye flour and I found this recipe
. The biscuits come together really easily and you can have them in the oven in no time. I didn't have any caraway seeds so I left them out. Next time I make these I'll buy some seeds. These are easily converted to a vegan biscuit just by using non-dairy milk.
These biscuits come out rather crumbly so I think they're best used for things like as a side for soup or chili. They might be too delicate for a regular breakfast biscuit.
