Corn and Parmesan Quiche




This is an especially interesting and tasty quiche. The smooth custard with the crunch of the corn make for a nice balance of textures. I followed the recipe except that I added a small handful of grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor. This is so fast to make that it's perfect to whip up if you need something last minute.   1. I love that there's corn in the quiche - I bet it adds some nice texture. Yours looks better than the photo with the recipe!
