Black Bean Chili




This is a really good chili recipe that is fast and easy to make. I did make a few changes. I used red bell pepper instead of green, crushed tomatoes instead of diced tomatoes, and dried beans instead of canned. This is perfect for winter and if you make a big pot of it, the leftovers hold up well and last for a few days. You can find the recipe here.
