I never get excited about muffins recipes, but these muffins were pretty darn good. They almost tasted like a coffee cake with the sweet crumb topping. I like they they had some spice to them. They're extremely easy to make and are great to serve for breakfast or snacking.

Gorgeous photo! These were really tasty - after making a bunch of muffin recipes for TwD, I realized that I like muffins a lot. They're so easy to make and I like the single-serving size.
