TWD: Baking with Julia -- Semolina Bread

First of all, sorry for the bad photo. It's been so hot here that I baked my bread at 4am and at that time of the day, I am lacking in creativity.

Out hosts this week are Anna from Keep it Luce and Renee from The Way to My Family's Heart.

I love any kind of semolina bread because it has a nice crunchy crust and the interior always seems ethereally light. This bread was no exception--it truly was delicious. We used it to make sandwiches because when it's 108F outside, I don't do any cooking.

  1. Looks like it turned out great! I'll have to check out this recipe; I've made another semolina bread recipe and I liked it a lot.
