Salad with Falafels and Tahini Dressing

This is just a basic salad topped with falafels, but I wanted to share the dressing which is phenomenal. It's a mixture of tahini, garlic, olive oil and lemon. Yum!. I've used it on things other than salads; it's great mixed with rice and veggies, and it makes a nice dip for carrot sticks or pita bread. If you're going to use it as a dip, use a little extra tahini to make it thicker.

You can find the recipe here.

  1. I made tahini dressing a while back but I don't know what recipe I used, so I'm glad to have one to try next time! I buy tahini at the Indian grocery store - it's a lot cheaper than at my regular grocery store.
