This is a Martha Stewart recipe, and these cookies have BIG flavor. There's cashew butter, cashew pieces, and caramel. The cookie itself has a lot of cashew taste, and it's not too sweet. The sweetness comes from the caramel, which you could leave off if you wanted something simpler. Either way, these are delicious.
