
Though I am not a regular member of the French Fridays group, these mustard batons sounded just too good to pass up. They are simple to make--basically just puff pastry and mustard, and they are really delicious. I love how the flaky, buttery pastry gives way to the sharp, spicy mustard. You get a whole lot of flavor in just a little bite of fancy snack food.
