Chocolate Sorghum Buttermilk Cake (gluten-free)

I had a package of sorghum flour languishing in my fridge, so in looking for sorghum recipes I came across this chocolate cake. And I'm so glad I did because the cake is moist and tender and totally delicious. I think it's my new favorite quick cake recipe.
