
This is so simple that I'm not sure if it really qualifies as a recipe. Bring 2 cups of pink champagne to a boil. Remove from heat and mix with 1 package of vegan "gelatin". Pour into glasses or dishes. Once the gelee starts to thicken, push a blackberry into each glass. Place in the fridge to fully set-up.
