No-Knead Brioche / Sticky Buns

Brioche is a very rich dough made with lots of butter and eggs. It's not really difficult to make, but without a big mixer it's quite a work-out on your arms. Well, until now. Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day has a no-knead brioche recipe that works like a dream.

I used the dough to make nutty sticky buns and also some fabulous hamburger buns. You can find the basic brioche recipe and links to other recipes using the dough here.
