Armenian Apple Grape Bread

I bought too many (green) grapes at the market, so in looking for a way to use them up I found this recipe for Armenian Apple and Grape Bread. It's an incredibly moist quick bread that is just a bit sweet, but also a little tangy from the sour cream. I used a full cup of grapes, a whole apple, and some flax seed and hemp seed for the all important Omega-3s.



This bread would be really good for snacks, or served for breakfast with some jam. It would also make a great dessert topped with frozen yogurt and some additional grapes.
