
Love these cookies! They are thin and crispy, lemony, gingery, and almondy all at once. And they're not sugary-sweet. They would make great ice cream sandwiches, and go perfectly with coffee and tea. They are also wonderful for snacking with a glass of cold soy milk.
This is another brilliant Martha Stewart recipe. I have to say that I almost always have good success with Martha's recipes.
