
For this super yummy version of sweet potato pie, I used half mashed sweet potato and half mashed
kabocha squash. If you've not had kabocha before, it's looks like a small, mottled green pumpkin. It has a pumpkin-y taste, but a much more mild taste than orange pumpkin-pie pumpkins. Delicious!
