Sweet Potato and Kabocha Squash Pie

For this super yummy version of sweet potato pie, I used half mashed sweet potato and half mashed kabocha squash. If you've not had kabocha before, it's looks like a small, mottled green pumpkin. It has a pumpkin-y taste, but a much more mild taste than orange pumpkin-pie pumpkins. Delicious!

  2. Looks delicious! I love that kind of squash. I used to buy acorn and then discovered kabocha and I think it's much tastier.
