Apple Bread

We are apple lovers and this is a simple and super tasty Apple Bread that I like to make for weekend breakfasts. I added some extras to the batter--a little maple syrup, a small amount of oatmeal, and some hemp seeds. The bread came out moist and full of fruit, and not too sweet.

I am always trying new apple varieties when I see them at the store or farmer's market. My current favorite is Pink Lady since they stay firm and don't get mealy. Rome is another nice crisp variety.
