Book Review: The 100 Best Vegan Baking Recipes

I wrote a book review on The 100 Best Vegan Baking Recipes: Amazing Cookies, Cakes, Muffins, Pies, Brownies and Breads by Kris Holechek for The Daring Kitchen. This is a fantastic book with great recipes that even non-vegans will love. The recipes are accessible and don't require any weird ingredients.

    These looks absolutely delicious! And while I would love a copy of the book, don't give it to me as I bet I am too far away (Melbourne Australia) and already have more recipes than I know what to do with! (wink!)

    I checked out your review and its very helpful...I am a vegetarian and would like to start limiting other animal products in my diet. This book seems like a practical way to do that, and just to eat healthier in general. Thanks for the review, and of course, your great recipes!

    Everything looks great - especially the cinn-a-zag bread! I haven't done any vegan baking, but it doesn't sound so daunting, especially if the book gives some options for ingredients and doesn't call for anything weird.
