I'm not sure why I haven't blogged this before since it's one of my favorite sandwiches--grilled portobellos, swiss cheese, spicy mustard, on a baguette. I marinate the portobellos for an hour or so and then grill them on the BBQ or on a grill pan. So delicious!Here's a simple recipe for grilled portobellos.
It must be close to lunchtime, after seeing your picture I became very hungry!
