We still haven't been able to find a home for the kitten we rescued, but we've decided to give her an official name since up until now we've just been calling her kitten. Her name is PomPom and she's growing up to be quite a cutie. She LOVES to play and she has much more energy than I do. I've been leash training her with a harness and she loves to go for walks around the house. She's really a very sweet girl.
We can't have a regular Christmas tree as the cats have made it their mission to seek and destroy anything with branches and ornaments. So, we have a pink sequined tree that is stable enough to avoid toppling every 10 minutes. I was trying to describe the tree to my neice Marisa since she's very much a girly-girl and loves pink, so I am posting this photo to share with her since she's in Illinois.
She's so cute! After having a senior cat for many years, it would be hard for me to get used to having a kitten. It would be fun though!
