James Peterson at Barnes and Noble
As I mentioned, the pecan pie recipe is from James Peterson's new book, Baking. It's a fantastic book with lots of photos are very specific step-by-step instructions for baking just about anything. I am working on writing a review of the book for The Daring Kitchen.
Over the weekend I received an e-mail from Barnes and Noble letting me know that James Peterson is going to be visiting their message boards for 10 days this month, and he's taking questions. Here's the quote:
"I wanted to let you know that James is going to be posting on our messageboards on BN.com for ten days leading up to Thanksgiving, starting next week, from the 15th to the 25th, answering questions about the book, about baking in general, and giving advice for readers as they prepare their Thanksgiving feasts and other meals."
