Holiday Sides -- Sweet Potato Casserole with Corn Flakes, and Creamed Peas

If you're looking for holiday side dish ideas, here are a couple of my favorites. The creamed peas are so simple to make and are super delicious. The sweet potao casserole is unique in that it has corn flakes and pecans as a topping, which gives it a nice crunch and a bit of sweetness.

The sweet potato recipe is here.

Creamed peas here.

How's the kitten doing? She's in good hands, that's for sure, poor little thing. :)

The kitten is getting big and chubby. She is so funny and very spoiled already.
