I saw this recipe in the newspaper a couple weeks ago. It's so easy to make and tastes very much like a cheesecake. Dave absolutely loved it. I found it a bit on the sweet side, but then I'm fussy about sweet desserts in general. It's so easy to make and there's no oven time. It would be a really nice holiday dessert that you can prepare in advance.You can find the recipe here.

ReplyDeleteThe white chocolate/cream cheese/sour cream combo sounds good. I'm not sure about the banana though.
ReplyDeleteI am a bit like you and agree that it does look terribly sweet. But I know someone in my house who would chomp it all up.
ReplyDeleteI didn't like white chocolate before we made Dorie's dacquoise so I may give this a try. I bet it would be wonderful in the summer!
