Molasses Gingerbread Cookies

I saw this recipe on the Whole Foods web site and it was getting really good reviews. Even if I'm just going on a short trip, I have to stock up the fridge so that Dave has lots of food that's not potato chips or ice cream.

These cookies are wonderful--they have a lot of spice and smell just like the holidays in mid-December. I love the cloves and the ginger together. I didn't have any brown sugar, so I substituted white sugar.
