Zucchini Oat Bread

I had some rather mushy zucchini to use up, so I made one of our favorites--zucchini bread. I found a really simple recipe on cooks.com that uses oats, nuts and raisins. Yum! The bread turned out delicious--nice and moist and full of fruit, zucchini and nuts. I also love the texture of the oats.

  1. I love zucchini bread. I used to make it all the time but haven't in a long while. I heard adding chocolate chips to it is suppose to be very good but I've never tried it that way. Looks delicious.
