I think it is very intersting how the media has replaced the word 'vegetarian' with 'meatless' or 'meatfree', and guess what people fall for it. Oh well, whatever works to get people eating more veg, or is it 'mock meat substitutes'.
I agree...a lot of those recipes look fabulous! In October's issue, there is a recipe that uses ravioli, apples, and walnuts...I can't wait to make that!
I agree with mangocheeks. I make a lot of veggie dish with the same sauce I would use for chicken or any other meat. http://www.phamfatale.com/id_494/title_Deep-Fried-Black-Pepper-and-Sesame-Soy-Gluten-with-Choy-Sum/http://www.phamfatale.com/id_349/title_Bi-Chay-Shredded-Tofu-and-Crispy-Mock-Pork/http://www.phamfatale.com/id_354/title_Vegetarian-Sweet-and-Sour-Pork/
