There was about a week or so when I was feeling so awful that I could only get out of bed for a couple minutes at a time. Thank goodness for Dave! He did a wonderful Florence Nightingale impersonation and took really good care of me. I think I had the surprise of my life when he declared that he wanted to bake me cookies. The only thing Dave has ever baked in his life is a frozen pizza.We decided on Oatmeal Cookies with Cranberries and White Chocolate because that's what we had on hand. I helped out just a little bit by mixing up the dough (from my bed), but Dave did all of the baking. He did such a great job and the cookies were delicious. I love the combination of the cranberries and the white chocolate.

Now that would be something to see...you mixing the dough from your bed! Dave is incredibly sweet to bake for you. I am so glad that he is taking good care of you.
