Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies--Baked by Dave!

There was about a week or so when I was feeling so awful that I could only get out of bed for a couple minutes at a time. Thank goodness for Dave! He did a wonderful Florence Nightingale impersonation and took really good care of me. I think I had the surprise of my life when he declared that he wanted to bake me cookies. The only thing Dave has ever baked in his life is a frozen pizza.

We decided on Oatmeal Cookies with Cranberries and White Chocolate because that's what we had on hand. I helped out just a little bit by mixing up the dough (from my bed), but Dave did all of the baking. He did such a great job and the cookies were delicious. I love the combination of the cranberries and the white chocolate.

Aww... Dave is such a sweetie.

  3. My husband claims he could bake - but strangely enough he never has.

How sweet of your husband to do something so nice for you.
