Tuesdays with Dorie - -Lime Cream Meringue Pie

Linda, of Tender Crumb, chose to make Dorie's Creamiest Lime Cream Meringue Pie. I decided to make the pie without the meringue because it's not something Dave and I really like. Still, the pie was delicious and the lime custard silky smooth.

    Yeah, meringue is worthless to me too. Unless of course it's baked up crispy and filled with ice cream!
