Blueberry Peach Crumble and things missed...

One of the recipes I missed when I was out sick was the Barefoot Blogger's Blueberry-Peach Crumble. This is a really simple and delicious recipe--the combination of fruits is lovely and pure summer.

You can find the recipe here, at Aggie's super cute blog:

Here is a round-up of the other recipes I missed from my cooking groups.

The Daring Bakers
made some amazing Mallow and Milano Cookies--the recipe was chosen by Nicole of Sweet Tooth. You can see some of the delicious cookies here:

The Sweet Melissa group made lovely Strawberry Grapefruit Preserves--chosen by Margot. Here's the post:

Lynne chose Vanilla Ice Cream for Tuesdays with Dorie. Please see her post:

See what Wendy at Pink Stripes cooked up for Vegan Tuesday.

  1. I love a good crumble on a nice summer day. It looks so good. I have missed a few recipes with my baking groups too. It's summer so everyone understands!

  2. I cannot believe I just stopped by to see what you were up to and you posted this crumble. I have one in the oven to take to work, where my coworkers are addicted to it! I keep meaning to make the vanilla ice cream for it (which you really must go back and try, it was the very best vanilla ice cream of all time!) Anyway, I'm glad you liked it and you're starting to get caught up. Don't overdo it!

  3. Oh my goodness, who has been a busy lady in the kitchen. I especialy like the look of those peanut butter cookies.

  4. I hope you're feeling much better! That crumble looks super! The fruit look so fresh!

  5. Hi, This is my first time visiting your blog...I love it...great blog. Your blueberry peach crumble inspired me and I thought..I have farm fresh peaches and blueberries...I'm making this right now! It's in the oven now and I know my family is going to love this! Thanks!!
    Peace, Stephanie

  6. Thanks for the comments!

Stephanie-- How lovely to have you visit my blog!

  7. Your cobbler looks great!! No Vegan Tuesdays for me this week. I didn't have to time to make anything what with hiking, scuba, yoga, etc. :P I did eat vegan, but went out to eat.

  8. Cobbler looks awesome, hope you are feeling better.
