Hospital food is icky... especially for a vegetarian

A late night emergency room visit last week ended up being a stay in the hospital. I didn't mean to just disappear like that, but I had no chance to get to my blog until today.

Thank you so much for the e-mails and concerned comments wondering where the heck I'd gotten to--they were much appreciated.

I am finally feeling better and most definitely in the mood to cook! I am looking forward to catching up on everyone's blog posts, though I just looked at Google Reader and I have 500 posts to read--it may take me awhile.

  4. Wish Dave would have told us you were in the hospital so we could have sent flowers and/or fruit or something to cheer you up. Hope you feel better soon so you can come for a visit.

  6. Well, I was just going to ask why my mom didn't tell me and apparently she didn't know either, so I feel better about that. I'm sorry that we were not aware of your illness/hospitalization. You must keep your family better informed. Give Dave a slash with a wet noodle for us!

  10. Oh no. I hope that you'll be fully recovered soon. It's better to be at home recovering than to be in the hospital. Take care of yourself and rest up!
