Caitlin at the wonderful blog, Engineer Baker, has a great idea on how to reuse all those plastic containers that so much of our food seems to be packaged in these days. I always feel a bit guilty buying things in plastic tubs, but I am obsessive about recycling. Caitlin has a much better idea; she saves the containers to store other things, and has even figured out a genius way to label and re-label the contents. Please see her post!
