
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces white chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup raw pistachios
Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumbs firmly in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour sweetened milk over crumbs. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with a fork.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars.

ReplyDeleteVery sweet bars are good by me. I love a nice coconuty, white chocolate bar. And easy to make? Even better. In fact, I might have to make these tonight!
