I'm a bit late posting this.
This week's recipe was cookies! I love cookies, especially eggless shortbread-type cookies. These cookies were not a thick, dense shortbread, but more of a shortbread-lacy cookie hybrid. I love the subtle coconut and citrus flavors. They are easy to make and Dorie shares a very neat tip of rolling out the dough using a ziplock bag. The only changes I made were using lemon instead of lime, and pecans instead of macadamia nuts.
