Dave and I both love cauliflower and so I make it frequently. Here are a few recent cauliflower creations.
Roasted cauliflower and carrots: Cut carrots and cauliflower into pieces. Place in a big baking pan. Drizzle with a bit of olive, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a 375F oven, stirring frequently, until the veggies are tender. I like this plain, but if you want, you can make a quick cheese sauce.
