The Barefoot Bloggers is a group dedicated to cooking and blogging about Ina Garten's recipes. I was so excited to find this group as I love Ina's recipes, and her approach to food in general. You can see Ina cook on her Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. Or, if you're tv-less like I am, you can watch some of her shows online; Hulu has them.

The tart was delicious and very easy to make. The original recipe calls for smaller, individual tarts, but I made one large tart as I knew Dave would eat pretty much the whole thing in one go.
I'm really looking forward to cooking along with the rest of the Barefoot Bloggers!
