
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cherry-flavored gelatin (I used a vegan gel product and used a whole package)
1 envelope unflavored gelatin (I used another package of vegan gel)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fresh or frozen (slightly thawed) strawberries, chopped
graham cracker pie crust
Combine yogurt, vanilla, and sugar, mixing well. Add both gelatins to 1/2 cup boiling water, and mix well. Stir gelatin mixture and strawberries into yogurt mixture. Pour into pie crust. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
