Here's a quick recipe for one of Dave's favorite dinners. You can serve it over rice but it is equally good as is.
Steam some broccoli until tender-crisp. Dice a packet of baked, flavored tofu. Open a couple cans of sliced water chestnuts. Heat a wok or skillet until hot. Add in a splash of peanut or vegetable oil. Put in the tofu and water chestnuts. Add some tamari, teriyaki sauce, stir fry sauce, or any other Asian sauce you like. Some sweet chili sauce would be nice. As soon as the tofu is heated through, add the broccoli. Heat for just a couple minutes and then pour into a serving bowl. Garnish with some peanuts or thinly sliced scallions.
