This is based on a recipe from the Cafe Flora cookbook.
I drained a container of firm tofu and then cut it into cubes and marinated the tofu teriyaki sauce overnight in the fridge. I cooked the tofu cubes in a 350F oven until they were firm and lightly browned, about 25 minutes. While the tofu was cooking, I made some rice. I followed the package instructions but used vegetable broth instead of water and also added some teriyaki sauce as flavoring. To make the wraps, I used flour tortillas and filled them with the tofu, rice, grated raw carrots and sliced cabbage. These were so good it's all I ate for three days!
