Bean Cabbage Wrap

This is my new favorite wrap! I am on a cabbage kick. I am loving cabbage all ways-cooked, raw, in salads, and sauerkraut. I think I am the only one in my family who likes sauerkraut; I even liked it as a kid. My grandmother would cook it for me and only she and I would eat it. She cooked a big pot of it with barley and potatoes. So yummy! This wrap is just leftover beans that I made for burritos and some thinly sliced cabbage that is dressed with a little vinegar and oil. It doesn't sound like much but it is very tasty. The beans are simply canned pintos beans heated up with a bit of water, salt, hot sauce, and chili powder. These were so good I didn't even share any with Dave!
