Peach-Cherry Pie

I don't know why it is, but this year the locally grown peaches are extra delicious. I bought a giant bag of peaches and have been using them up for the last couple weeks. For this pie I only used a bottom crust so it is really more of a tart.

Several peaches, thinly sliced
1 small bag of frozen cherries
Pie dough
1 Tbl flour
Sugar, to taste

Mix the peaches and cherries together. Add sugar to taste. Add a spoonful of flour. Mix everything together. Pour the filling into a pie pan lined with the rolled pie dough. Bake at 375F until the dough is browned and the filling is bubbly. Cool.
