Yummy sandwich

I love sandwiches, especially on crusty French bread. I also love edamame, so this sandwich combines two of my favorites.

I defrosted a bag of edamame. To the beans, I mixed in a bunch of spicy hot mustard and some sea salt. I layered some gouda, the edamame in mustard, and some thinly sliced tomatoes on a French roll. I wrapped the sandwich in foil and heated it just until the cheese melted. Super good!

Sometimes I will add red onion or avocado to this sandwich.

Please recycle your tin foil! Just put it with your aluminum cans.
