No-cook pasta sauce

This is one of my really fast dinner recipes. I usually have the ingredients on hand so I can whip it up at any time. My husband loves pasta done this way.
1 lb. of pasta cooked al dente
3 tbl. butter
1 mini can V-8 juice (about 6 ounces)
a handful of diced mozzarella
some parmesan
Put the pasta back into the hot pan. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix. If the pan isn't hot enough heat the pasta over low for just a couple minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
