Cabbage and cashews

This is really easy to make and it is super tasty. You can serve it with rice or noodles if you'd like.

Thinly slice one head of cabbage. Saute the cabbage in a little bit of olive oil, adding; salt, pepper, a spoonful of sugar, a pinch of celery salt, and a splash of cider vinegar. Cook until the cabbage is tender and browned. Top with cashews.
